| How to Even Out Your Skin Tone | Rule #4: Cover Up Under-Eye Circles, Blemishes and Red Spots
It is quite possible to hide all the “drawbacks” of your face, such as dark circles under the eyes and / or blemishes, etc. with the help of several dots of some creamy concealer. It helps to remove the “veiny” or “bluish” appearance, which are so often met under the eyes. Therefore, you should pat, rather then rub concealer into the skin.
Rule #5: Prepare the Lids

The bronzing powder should be applied with a big and fluffy brush on all the spots where the sun naturally hits: cheeks, nose and forehead. Then follow with a creamy blush on the apples of your cheeks. Remember that these are creamy blushes, which create this so – called “dewy” complexion, rather then powder blushes. Thus, creamy blushes help to plump your skin up.
Rule #7: Set the Face
The last step to your perfect complexion would be to set the face with a powder. Therefore, it is necessary to mention that there are many people who wisely avoid this step, because they prefer having their complexion dewy and without any powder at all. However, nearly all makeup professionals insist on this step.
After all, you see your face on “on” and now you find that there is no necessity to apply lots of eye makeup in order to have this fresh and spectacular appearance. And now even a little bit of mascara along with a mere hint of lip gloss would be enough for the great majority of women to look simply fantastic.
