Use a face powder.

Use waterproof mascara.
It is the fact that waterproof mascara does not get dissolved in water; this is why you should use it, in case if you wish to avoid smearing mascara. Moreover, if you apply some powder to your lashes, this will add them volume and then mascara will stay for a longer period of time. In order to apply the powder, simply look down into a mirror and stroke your lashes in an upward direction with just the tip of the brush. You should brush the lashes from above and then in an upward direction from below in order to get both sides of them.
As for the mascara application process, put a thin coat on, let it get dry and then build up with a second coat of mascara. When you apply mascara to your lower lashes, brush the tip of the applicator across them in a gentle way. It is necessary to mention that the first coat of mascara should get completely dry before the second one is applied. Use oil blotters.
The oil blotters (they are also known as oil absorbing wipes) are considered to be simply a must for people, whose skin is oily or combination. It is possible to blot off the excess oil from the face with the help of the oil blotter and there is no need to remove the makeup. In addition, there is no residue left and they help to keep the makeup fresh. It is also possible to use blotters instead of face powder during the day in order to correct the makeup, because they remove all the excess shine and oil from the face in not time. And absence of oil lets your makeup stay on for a longer period of time.
In order to use oil blotters you should press them gently to the areas, where there is excess sine, such as chin, forehead and nose areas and the excess oil, along with the perspiration, will be blotted from your skin. While oil gets soaked up and away from the area of the face, the makeup does not get disturbed in any way. Moreover, oil blotters can be used as often as necessary.
