The Eye Make up
To create dark dramatic eyes of the rocker girl look you should use deep shades of blue, gray, green or choose any other color which can draw attention. The smudgy effect is the most important part of this look. To achieve more rock star drama, apply cream or gel based eye shadow. 
 
1. First of all you need to sweep the chosen eye color across the lids and extend it up into the crease.

2. Highlight the browbone with a lighter shade of the color which has been applied to the eyelids and crease. To create a real drama you need to highlight the brow bone with a white shadow.

3. Use a black eye pencil to line the upper and lower lashes.

4. With balck liquid eyeliner you need to go over the eye pencil and extend the eyeliner out to the outer corner of the eyes.

5. To achieve smugged effect you should blend over the eyeliners with sponge tipped applicator.

The Lips

1. At first apply the lip balm. If your lips are very dry, take a soft toothbrush and brush your lips gently in order to remove any flakiness.

2. Line your lips with a red lipliner and extend the lip just outside of the natural lip line in order that your lips could look pouty.

3. Apply a matching shade of lip color all over your lips and blot with a tissue.

4. If you want to have a long lasting color you need to dab a bit of  translucent powder to your lips and then reapply the lip color.

5. To add a bit of shine you should dab a clear gloss to the center of yuor lips.

If you want to have much pale lips you should begin your make up with softening your lips with a lips balm and toothbrush.

Then line your lips with a pale pink lip liner and extend the line outside of the natural lip line to create a pouty look.

Use a matching shade of pink lipstick to fill your lips.
