Nighttime make up follows the same regime as day make up but it also involves additional dramatic effect. Before you start to apply party make up you can either remove your day make up or just touch up various areas of your face. While applying nighttime make up you need to concentrate either on the eyes or the lips in order to avoid a harsh and unnatural look. Re-touching Day Makeup First of all you should remove all clinging mascara clumps, eye shadow creases, or uneven lipstick lines, foundation, and concealer. For this purpose you can use a clean cotton q-tip or tissue. Then diminish excess oilness from your face using blotting paper. Party Face Make up Apply one more layer of concealer or foundation on the areas under your eyes and fading problem areas. The foundation for the party make up should be of a slightly darker shade and should be finished with a pressed or compact powder in order to set the make up. Use a darker color of the blush to brush it in the contour of your cheekbone. Choose such tones as mauve or wine and apply the blush along the cheekbone toward the ear, blending into the hairline. Party Eye Make up Smudge a dark eyeliner carefully above the upper lashes to create a smoky and alluring effect. Highlight the eyebrow bone with white or platinum colors and apply silver, bronze or gold eye shadow to add glow and glimmer to the nighttime make up. Also you can apply one or two more coats of mascara ot just touch up with a few strokes onthe tips of your eyelashes. Nighttime Lip Make up Choose a lipstick and a lipliner in a nude or neutral shade which than should be finished with a lip gloss to add more shine to your lips. Add Some Sparkle! Dust some glitter or sparkle around your eyes, on the cheekbones or in décolletage to make your party make up more glamorous.
