You need to choose foundation which provides a little more coverage. It should be applied with a very slightly damp make up sponge which should be first squeezed out well in a towel. You need to apply it over the eyelids and lips and under you chin. It should be blended away towards your neck. 

Then you need to apply concealer around your nose and under your eyes. Press it well into your skin and blend it in. 

The blusher should be swept on high on the cheebones and in an upwards direction towards (but not into) your hairline.
