| Perfect Lips | Nothing can impress your friends or just ordinary people more than a perfect lip line, because it is the hardest stage of makeup application. If you want to have a wonderful lip line you have to avoid applying the lip pencil too heavily, because it will be difficult to blend and soften into the lipstick. Keep your mouth closed and gently trace the lip line with the lip pencil so that it can hardly be seen, but can be a guide line for further lipstick applying.
You must hold the brush horizontally to trace along the lip line, and apply a lipstick by a little bit at a time. Then back up and go over it again. Don't try to get the whole line in one motion. The lip brush must be a sable with a gently tapered edge, not straight one.
This will give you the more control and a cleaner line. After you can apply lipstick but only on the bottom lip and press your lips together. Then, blend out to the lip line with the edge of a lip brush for an exact line. You may use a dampened cotton swab for a soft, natural lip line.
When you’ve finished you have to lay the tissue across both lips while your mouth is closed. This will impress your lips, including the edges of the mouth where lipstick usually bleeds.
