| Additional Lip Tips | In case if your lips are thin, you can make them look bigger and fuller with the help of light shades of lipstick. The lips should be defined with the help of some neutral shade of a lip pencil, beginning from slightly beyond your natural lip line. After that have the lipstick applied in such a way that it will be covering up the lip defining line. There is another trick available  for thin – lipped women: you can also apply some white eye shadow right on the center of both lips over your lipstick; however, remember, it is to be done very lightly and it is also to be spread in a very gentle way so, that it will not seem noticeable.
In case if your upper lip is too thin, and if it is much thinner than your lower lip, it is possible to have it outlined with the lip liner, which is of the shade, similar to the shade of your lipstick. Then you can also draw a second line with a brown pencil right in the center portion, which will provide your lip with the precise shape. And, finally, apply color including the brown line; this will make your lips appear fuller than they really are.
In order to hide all these lip lines, you should apply your lipstick in a vertical direction.
