½ bottle or light corn syrup;
Squirt of liquid soap;
Red food coloring;
10 drops yellow food coloring;
5 drops blue food coloring;
Blue or green food coloring, although it is optional;
Very – very hot water.
Thus, you will have to pour light corn syrup into a bowl and add hot water sparingly. Keep adding and stirring up until you have got the right blood – like consistency. Then a squirt of liquid soap is to be added in order to make the blood easier to be cleaned off after the party is over. All this mixture should be tinted with red food coloring. You can also add a bit of blue or green, in case if you wish to make the blood to be of a darker color. It should also be noted that the prepared blood is to be kept in the fridge up until you are ready to use it. Smear on as needed. You should also be aware of the fact that the blood can stain your clothes.
And, finally, in order to make your own hairy warts you will need the following ingredients:
Corn syrup or eyelash glue;
Hair bristles form a paintbrush or out of your hair brush;
Whole peppercorns either white or black;
Non – toxic watercolors, the kind you usually use in grade school, although this is rather optional.
You should have peppercorns glued to your hands and / or face either with the help of the corn syrup or eyelash glue. But, remember, about safety: keep peppercorns away from your eyes. In order to have them well glued, you may want to hold them in place up until the glue or syrup becomes completely dry. After that you will have to dip one end of the hairs in the glue or syrup and attach to the peppercorn in such a way that they would have a hairy look. And, the last step is to color them creepy with the help of paints.
