| Cat Makeup Halloween | When it comes to cat makeup, Halloween's got your inspiration!
It feels good when a Halloween favorite and a low budget come together. You can create most of a cat look without ever visiting a costume supply shop.
The Tools It won't take much to create the perfect cat makeup. Just check a few things you need:
1. Black gel liner or a black liquid liner and black pencil liner 2. White face paint 3. Shadow (your choice of color) 4. Lipstick (again, your choice of color depending on the look you're going for) 5. Eye shadow base or concealer 6. Mascara and/or false lashes 7. Bronzer
Perfect Cat Eye Creation The eyes are what make cat makeup; Halloween is the perfect time to practice. You can tone it down later for daily wear. It is really just a hyped up version of the retro makeup that's popular today.
• Prime your lids. First, prime your eyelids with a base. If you don't have a base, you can use concealer.
• Think about eye shadow. The eye shadow is up to you. If you desire a bright-eyed cat look, opt for shades that are close to your own skin tone, but shimmery. If you crave to be a true sex kitten, use smoky grays, charcoals, and blacks. If you go for the smoky look, don't forget to line your bottom lash line with a deep, sultry shade. You will avoid the top-heavy eye makeup look that way.
• Grab some liquid and gel liners. Liquid and gel liners work best to make a flawless cat eye. Having your liner symmetrical can be intimidating, but you can create guides for yourself that help you along.
